Matthew Cook is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology strategy and project management within the dental and telecommunications industries. Serving as the Director of Technology Strategy at Arrowhead Dental Laboratory since August 2004, Matthew has successfully modernized information systems and enhanced business intelligence, leading to improved sales and marketing processes. Previous roles include Executive Director of Marketing, where subscribership and ROI for a company magazine were more than doubled, and Director of Information Technology, where Matthew developed a business intelligence application that remains in use today. Earlier experience at RSA Corporation focused on designing fiber optic networks, while a role at Prime Insurance Company involved ensuring data security related to insurance claims. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Utah and a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
