Joe Ayette

Joe Ayette currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Arrowhead Engineered Products, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Joe held the same title at Harmar from July 2015 to December 2023 and at Dover Corporation Vehicle Service Group from December 2011 to June 2015, focusing on profitability and operational efficiency across North and South America. Joe's experience at Hillrom from January 2001 to December 2011 includes roles as Global Executive Director of Lean Supply Chain Design and Executive Director of North America Operations, where Joe oversaw the implementation of lean supply chain strategies and managed multiple manufacturing plants. Earlier industry experience includes various engineering and supervisory roles at Ford Motor Company from April 1995 to December 2000. Joe holds an MBA in Management from Miami University and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
