Jessica Jones is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in information systems and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. since November 2017, Jessica leads technology implementation for the Core Commercial division and has been instrumental in data management for the ACC launch. Previous roles include project management at Corelation, Inc., where responsibilities involved core processing software implementation for credit unions, and managing compliance and automation projects at First Associates Loan Servicing, LLC.
