Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in information systems and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. since November 2017, Jessica leads technology implementation for the Core Commercial division and has been instrumental in data management for the ACC launch. Previous roles include project management at Corelation, Inc., where responsibilities involved core processing software implementation for credit unions, and managing compliance and automation projects at First Associates Loan Servicing, LLC. Additional experience includes project management for AARP and operations coordination for Teach For America, showcasing strong budgeting and multi-team coordination skills. Jessica holds a BA in French Studies from the University of Warwick, a Business Analysis certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
