Tiffany Poletti

Tiffany Poletti has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Tiffany started their career as an Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative at Dawson Insurance Agency from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they worked as an Audit/Tax Intern at Eder, Casella & Co. in 2007, where they performed audits and assisted with tax preparation. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche, gaining experience in the audit process and supervising staff auditors. In 2011, they joined QBE North America, where they held various roles such as Lead Internal Auditor, AVP-Sr. Business Operations Manager, and Vice President Business Operations. At QBE, they supported the development of the Annual Audit Plan, assessed the efficiency of business processes, and managed the Summer Internship program. In 2017, Tiffany joined Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. as the Vice President-Operations and Underwriting Initiatives and later became the Chief Operating Officer-Core Commercial in 2021.
