Feroza Jones

Feroza Jones is an experienced litigation analyst and claims specialist with a strong background in commercial and personal lines insurance. Currently serving as a Litigation Analyst for Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since January 2022, Feroza previously held positions at Philadelphia Insurance Companies and CNA Insurance, focusing on claims management for commercial and construction accounts. Prior experience includes working as a General Liability Litigation Claims Adjuster for Travelers, handling commercial accounts and public sector claims, and as a Claims Adjuster for The Hartford and Progressive Insurance, working with personal lines. Feroza earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 1996 and 2001.
