Stephanie Rizik

Stephanie Rizik has extensive experience in healthcare compliance and medical records management, currently serving as Compliance Coordinator, Call Center and Medical Records Supervisor at Arrowhead Orthopaedics since June 2016. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as a Medical Records Representative and Workers Comp Coordinator. In May 2016, Stephanie completed a Quality Assurance Internship at Loma Linda University Medical Center, gaining senior practice performance experience within the Patient Safety & Reliability Department. Additionally, Stephanie participated in a HIM/Medical Records Internship at Redlands Community Hospital from January to June 2015. Stephanie Rizik holds a degree from Loma Linda University, earned between 2014 and 2016.
