Jason Conroy

Jason Conroy has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years in various roles within the aerospace and defense industry. Jason is currently the Director of Operations at Arrowhead Products since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Meggitt as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager from October 2020 to January 2023. Previously, they were the Area Operations Manager at Precision Castparts from October 2018 to October 2020, where they oversaw a large team manufacturing high volume aerospace fasteners. Before that, they held multiple roles at AMETEK's Aerospace & Defense Division, including Operations Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Production Manager, Lead Manufacturing Engineer, Lead Quality Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer, where they gained experience in operations management, manufacturing engineering, production planning, quality systems, and new product development.

Jason Conroy attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
