Alexander Clemens

Alexander (Alex) Clemens is a Senior Scientist III at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals since September 2020, specializing in small molecule process development for late-phase siRNA therapies. Previously, in roles as Senior Scientist II at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals and Senior Research Scientist I and Senior Research Scientist at AMRI, Alexander focused on process development, custom synthesis, and GLP/cGMP production of various compounds. Alexander holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additional education includes a year at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
