Matthew Cyr currently serves as a Senior Scientist at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, specializing in the discovery and validation of novel receptors and ligands for siRNA delivery and protein engineering for chemical conjugation. Matthew previously completed a PhD in Biochemistry and Immunology at Scripps Research, where also functioned as a Graduate Student. Prior experience includes a Postbaccalaureate Fellowship at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, a Research Internship at AbbVie focusing on Zika virus RNA polymerase, and various roles in educational support and biotechnological research during undergraduate studies at the University of Dallas and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
