Sherrie Crabb

Sherrie Crabb is the Chief Executive Officer at Arrowleaf, where Sherrie has been since 2014. Sherrie has successfully tripled the organization's employee and clientele base and revenue in just 9 years, impacting the lives of approximately 10,000 individuals and employing over 250 staff and clients collectively. In addition to their role at Arrowleaf, Sherrie holds various advisory and leadership positions in different organizations such as the Illinois Advisory Council on MI/SUD Impacts Employment Opportunities w/in Minority Communities, State of Illinois Community Emergency Services and Support Act (CESSA), RAC#5, and One Shawnee. Sherrie's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Life and a Bachelor of Science in Family Services.
