Dahlia Quintanilla

Dahlia Quintanilla is an experienced educator and community leader currently serving as the CAAC Urban Agriculture Coordinator at The Puerto Rican Cultural Center since September 2023 and as the Founder of Liberated Learning since April 2023. Quintanilla previously held the position of Community Relations Strategist at #WeAllGrow Latina from May to August 2024, contributing to a Latina-led ecosystem focused on empowerment and growth. Additional experience includes roles as an 8th Grade Teacher at High Jump, Impact Coach and Curriculum Designer at NewRoot Learning Institute, and various teaching positions across different school districts. Dahlia Quintanilla holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Iowa College of Education.
