Donald (Don) McLellan

Don McLellan has had extensive experience in the military and defense industry. In 2021, they began their current role as an Operations Analyst at Arrowpoint Corporation. In 2020, they served as the Chief of Staff, Assistant Deputy Commanding General for the U.S. Army Materiel Command, where they provided training opportunities to gain skills in core competencies and built department readiness for leaders. From 2017 to 2015, they worked at the Army National Guard, first as the Division Chief of Supply Policy and Programs, and then as the Deputy Division Chief of Supply Policy and Programs. In 2016, they attended the National Defense University as a Graduate Student. From 2012 to 2010, they worked at the Sustainment Training Center as a Battalion Commander and at the U.S. Army TACOM as a Senior Guard Advisor. From 2007 to 2002, they worked at the Army National Guard G4 Directorate as the Maintenance Policy Team Chief, Logistics LNO, and Program Financial Analyst. Lastly, they worked at the National Guard Professional Education Center as the Operations Officer of the Installations, Logistics, & Environmental Training Center and as an Instructor at the Organizational Readiness Training Center.

Don McLellan completed a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College in 2017. From 2006 to 2007, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College for Strategy and Operations. From 1997 to 2004, they earned a M.S.A. in General Administration from Central Michigan University. Finally, they completed a B.S. in B.A. in Economics from Central Michigan University between 1987 and 1994.
