Rosa also sits on the Board of Directors and oversees permanent recruitment teams, focusing on agency and brand roles. With experience across various recruitment roles, Rosa is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and expert advice. At Majar Group and other companies, Rosa continues to excel in leadership positions, driving value and strategic transformation. Prior to their recruitment career, Rosa was a Student Support Officer at Bradford University and holds a degree in Communication in Media and Popular Music from the University of Liverpool.
