Non-cdl Shuttle Driver-allied Tour & Travel

Job description

You will take and return passengers to a tour motorcoach or the airport as part of Allied Tour & Travel's tours. You must be customer focused, courteous, friendly, able to load/unload a suitcase (up to 50 lbs) and have a good driving record. 

Hours: Varies, depending on departure times of tours; early morning and evening hours are common; Most work is completed in 5-8 hours; Work days vary and can be any day of the week; September and October are peak months (6-10 tours each month); winter months are slow (0-3 tours); spring and summer increase (2-6 tours). Note: Each tour has a departure day and a return day where shuttles could be needed; not all tours need a shuttle vehicle.

Travel: Most common travel is between Sioux City and Omaha or Grand Island and Omaha. Other cities could be Orange City, IA, Sioux Falls, SD, Percival, IA, Norfolk, Columbus, Fremont
and Yankton, SD

Car: personal car transportation is reimbursed at $.55/mile for company business

Pay: Start date if training completed; $21/hour

Reviews done annually and based on employee and company performance determine increases. This is an hourly position.

Training: 3 days of training (paid); 1 post-training road test (paid); other training as needed or required.

This job offer is contingent on passing a background check, moving vehicle report, and physical per company policy. Your employment will be with Busco, Inc, dba Arrow Stage Lines, a
mutually owned company with Allied Tour & Travel. You will fulfill a 90-day orientation and initial evaluation period. You will be subject to all other Arrow Stage Lines policies and procedures applicable to all team members.
