Melanie Clarkson

Melanie Clarkson is the Head of HR Business Partnering at ArrowXL, where Melanie leads a team to deliver proficient people plans and projects. Prior to this, Melanie worked as an HR Business Partner at Co-op and Well Pharmacy, as well as in roles at G4S, St George Healthcare Group, and INTEGRATED DENTAL HOLDINGS LIMITED. Melanie holds a CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources Management from Wigan and Leigh College.
