From 2015 to 2018, they were VP Commercial Operations and Analytics at Esperion - The Lipid Management Company, where they created a Commercial Operations and Analytics blueprint and built an organization to support concurrent launches of a 300-person sales team and two products. From 2021 to 2022, they were an Independent Management Consultant, where they provided expert opinion and analysis to commercial pharma clients. Since 2022, they have been VP Analytics & Commercial Operations at ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Darrin Bryan obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1989. Darrin then went on to earn their Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Gillings School of Public Health in 1994. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1995.
