Holly Fanshawe

Holly Fanshawe is currently serving as the Secondary Education Curriculum Lead at Arsenal F.C since October 2023. Prior to this, Holly held the position of Senior Programme Manager at Construction Youth Trust from October 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included KPI management for school and community programmes, stakeholder management, and the coaching of young people in their transitions to post-secondary education. Holly also has experience as Programme Manager and Schools and Programme Coordinator at Construction Youth Trust, focusing on connecting young people to opportunities in the built environment sector. Additional roles include Head of Programme and Camp Leader at Summer Hype, Communications Assistant at South West Peatland Partnerships, SEN Teaching Assistant at St Joseph’s School Launceston, and Bar Waitress at Coombe Barton Inn. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Bristol and an International Baccalaureate from Truro and Penwith College.
