Paul Nathaniel

Paul Nathaniel is a versatile sports professional with extensive experience in coaching, scouting, and sports development. Currently serving as a Tutor at StreetGames UK and an Academy Scout for Arsenal F.C., Paul also holds the position of Sports Development Officer at Newham Sixth Form College since May 2016. Paul is the CEO of 2% Sports Group, which focuses on connecting sports consultancy, coaching, and player performance, and has been the Emerging Talent U16 Female Lead Coach at Leyton Orient Football Club since November 2022. Additionally, Paul is a Community Sports Coach at Leyton Orient Trust and previously worked as a Pre-Academy Scout for QPR FC. Paul’s experience includes roles with Sports Connoisseur Management as an FA Registered Intermediary, showcasing a commitment to fostering talent within the sports industry.
