Luke Hill

Luke Hill possesses extensive experience in football scouting and management. Currently serving as the Owner of PlayerHR since March 2025, Luke also holds the position of Senior 1st Team Scout at Chatham Town FC and is an active Member of the European Association of Scouts. Luke's past roles include Academy Scout at Crystal Palace Football Club, First Team Scout at Lincoln City FC, and Video Scout during a six-month internship at FC Dinamo Tbilisi. Additional experience includes First Team Scout at Vélez Club de Fútbol and Kings Lynn Town FC, as well as Academy Scout at Gillingham Football Club. Luke is an alumnus of the University of Sussex, holding a Bachelor's degree in Biology.
