Kartoa Chow

Kartoa Chow is an experienced professional in bioprocess development and manufacturing, currently serving as the Associate Director of Manufacturing at ArsenalBio since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kartoa held positions at Allogene Therapeutics, leading pivotal technology transfers and providing technical support for manufacturing processes. At Genentech, Kartoa held roles that included Senior Engineer and Engineer II, focusing on implementing advanced process technologies and leading cross-site collaborations. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Merck in bioprocess purification development, as well as research roles at The University of Hong Kong and HelmholtzZentrum München. Kartoa Chow holds a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Cornell University.
