Senior Scientist II at ArsenalBio

Lionel B.'s work experience begins in 2010 as a Research Assistant at the French Armed Forces Biomedical Research Institute (IRBA). In 2011, they join the Université Grenoble Alpes as a Research Assistant before transitioning to various roles within the university, including PhD Student in Molecular biology and protein engineering and Research and Teaching Assistant. During this time, they focus on the development of protein delivery systems for reprogramming human primary cells and generates iPS cell lines. In 2016, Lionel becomes a Researcher at UCSF, where they work until 2020. Lionel then joins ArsenalBio as a Research Scientist and later is promoted to the position of Senior Scientist in September 2022.

Lionel B. has a strong educational background in the field of biotechnologies. Lionel first pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Université Grenoble Alpes from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Biotechnologies from 2009 to 2011. Lionel further expanded their knowledge in the field by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biotechnologies at Université Grenoble Alpes from 2011 to 2015.

Apart from their main academic degrees, Lionel has also obtained an Animal Experimentation Certificate in Level 1: experiment design on mice and rats from Université de Grenoble. The specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
