Svetlana Keylin is a Senior Scientist I in Discovery Immunology at ArsenalBio, with a robust background in immunological research and developmental biology. Prior to joining ArsenalBio in January 2023, Svetlana worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Genentech, where research focused on T cell immunity regulation through post-translational mechanisms, utilizing advanced techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9 and next generation sequencing. As a Graduate Student at the University of California, San Francisco, Svetlana discovered a critical role of autophagy in beige adipocyte maintenance, contributing to a publication in Cell Metabolism. Earlier roles included an Associate Research Specialist, investigating Wnt signaling in primordial germ cell behavior, and research positions at UC Davis and the Pacific Fertility Center. Svetlana holds a PhD in Developmental and Stem Cell Biology and a BS/BA in Genetics and Russian.
