Freddie Walker has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Freddie started their career in 1991 as a Munitions Maintenance Officer in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Lead Instructor for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's Nuclear Weapons School. In this role, they managed multiple academic courses and provided training on topics related to Nuclear Surety and weapons of mass destruction.
After leaving the Air Force in 2003, Freddie joined T-Mobile as a Leadership Development Specialist. Freddie delivered core leadership training programs and coached frontline leaders to promote employee satisfaction and development.
Freddie then worked at SAIC as a Senior National Security Analyst, specializing in coordinating military and defense doctrine, plans, policies, and procedures to counteract the impact of weapons of mass destruction. Freddie was also responsible for facilitating the incorporation of a Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System with international partners.
In 2009, Freddie joined ANSER as a Senior CBRN Defense Program Analyst at Joint Chiefs Staff, supporting national military and security objectives in countering weapons of mass destruction. Freddie assisted in the development of funding profiles for the Chemical and Biological Defense Program and formulated mitigation strategies to address prioritized issues.
From 2015 to 2017, Freddie worked at Joint Research and Development as a CBRN Test and Evaluation Analyst. Freddie provided subject matter expertise for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense equipment acquisition, as well as overseeing and guiding chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense information systems.
Freddie then joined Dynamis, Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Consultant and Technical Project Manager. In this role, they provided advisory and assistance services as a Nuclear Surety Program Integrator, ensuring the safety, security, and effectiveness of the U.S. deterrent force. Freddie later became the Principal Consultant and Project Manager, overseeing operations integration.
In 2021, Freddie took a Family Care Sabbatical before returning to work in 2023 as the R&D Operations Integration Lead at ARServices.

Freddie Walker holds an MSA degree in Administration (Human Resources) from Central Michigan University, which was obtained before the year 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science (Public Administration) at Fayetteville State University between 1989 and 1991. Additionally, Freddie attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1984 to 1986, where they focused on Mathematics but did not obtain a degree. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
