Dinesh Kumar Sodani

Dinesh Kumar Sodani has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on managing loans, finance portfolios, and raising funds through various channels. Dinesh Kumar has held senior roles in companies such as Arshiya Limited, Arshiya Rail Infrastructure Limited, Pipavav Shipyard Limited, and Aditya Birla Group. Throughout their career, they have been involved in debt restructuring, debt resolution, asset monetization, and equity placements. Additionally, they have been responsible for banking and MIS functions and has experience in business strategy and corporate MIS implementation, including overseas assignments.

Dinesh Kumar Sodani earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rajasthan between 1984 and 1987.
