Jillian Ojeda

Jillian Ojeda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Art Basel since April 2024. Previously, Jillian held the same position at REFORM Alliance from August 2022 to March 2024 and at The Drone Racing League from April 2021 to August 2022. Jillian participated in the On Deck Chief of Staff program in 2022, aimed at developing skills for empowering teams. Prior experience includes roles as Growth Equity Senior Associate at M33 Growth, Private Equity Associate at Siris Capital Group, and Private Equity Investments Analyst at GCM Grosvenor. Jillian holds a B.A. in Public Policy with Honors from the University of Chicago and is an alumna of The Lawrenceville School.
