Sandra Furtado

Sandra Furtado, CHRL, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits. Currently serving as Manager of Total Rewards at the Art Gallery of Ontario since November 2018, Sandra previously held various roles within the organization, including Analyst positions and Compensation & Benefits Coordinator. Sandra also worked as a Senior Benefits Administrator at the Association of Ontario Midwives Benefit Trust and gained significant experience at Citibank Canada and Citibank Dubai, managing HR activities and payroll for thousands of employees. With a Master's Degree in Commerce and a strong background in HRIS systems, Sandra has demonstrated expertise in driving efficiencies and managing HR programs throughout a diverse career in multiple regions and organizational contexts.
