Vikas Rana is a seasoned professional in operations and customer service with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations, Customer Service & Risk at ART Housing Finance (India) Ltd since March 2017, Vikas has held various leadership roles within the company, progressing from Assistant Vice President to Senior Vice President.
