Radu Matei

Radu Matei is an experienced technical service manager specializing in hydroprocessing at ART Hydroprocessing since January 2012, overseeing technical proposal development, unit operations, and customer interactions across various hydroprocessing segments. Previously, Radu served as a technical service engineer for the EMEA region, focusing on hydrotreater technologies and providing client support for catalyst management. Prior experience includes working as a process engineer at PETROM OMV, where responsibilities involved enhancing energy efficiency in fluid catalytic cracking units and utilizing process simulation tools. Radu holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering assisted by computer from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești and a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Portsmouth, along with an additional bachelor's degree in chemical engineering assisted by computer from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești.
