Norissa Bailey

Norissa Bailey, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at The Morton Arboretum and Senior Vice President for People & Culture at the Art Institute of Chicago, Norissa has previously held leadership roles at Navy Pier, Perkins+Will, and Lifelink Corporation. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Norissa has also pursued executive education at Harvard Business School and holds a solid educational background from Illinois Institute of Technology and Emory University.
