Shirly Moshe has diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and HR. Shirly currently works at ART MEDICAL Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Partner & HRBP. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at U-BTech Solutions LTD for three years. Shirly also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Aman Group and as a Recruiter & Placement at Adam Milo.

Shirly Moshe completed their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Max Stern Academic College Of Emek Yezreel, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. In 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Ruppin Academic Center, concluding their studies in 2018.
