Gina Meibusch

Gina Meibusch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mentoring, coaching, and leadership development. Currently serving as Chief R&D Officer and Head of Client Success at Art of Mentoring since March 2018, Gina also holds the role of Principal Consultant at G M Consulting from June 2023. Previous positions include Member Relations Officer for the Australian Institute of Project Management, Founder & Director of the LiftHerUp program, Queensland State Co-Convenor for Women in Adult & Vocational Education, and Manager of the Women of Substance Mentoring Initiative at Girl Guides Queensland. Gina has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from The University of Queensland. With a strong focus on fostering impactful connections and promoting women's confidence and competence in the workplace, Gina is dedicated to achieving meaningful business outcomes through structured mentoring programs.
