Brian Schooley

Brian Schooley currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Art of Problem Solving, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Brian was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Robin and Pax8, overseeing strategic hiring initiatives and enhancing organizational branding. Brian's diverse background includes roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition & Sales at Aspenware, Director of Community Engagement at Aventeer, and Executive Recruiter positions at Modis and The Denzel Group. Brian also has experience in marketing management, notably as Marketing Director at Green Eco Solutions and Cross-Product Marketing Manager at Bath Fitter, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
