Leah Buckley

Leah Buckley, MBA-HR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as VP of People at Art of Problem Solving since January 2025, Leah previously held the position of VP, Head of HR - Americas, Australia, and New Zealand at Global Critical Logistics, leading HR operations across multiple regions. Leah's prior experience includes serving as Global Human Resources Director at Tegus, where strategic expansions and integrations were successfully managed, and as Head of People at Digital Media Management, where significant HR programs were scaled. With a background at Amazon in diverse HR functions, including HR Business Partner roles, Leah has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent management, and developing high-performing teams. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Development from California State University - East Bay.
