Nurit Mandel

Prior to joining AoPS in 2022, Nurit worked in higher education, HR, and nonprofits. Most recently, she supported students through their university life-cycle from applicant to alumni at UC San Diego. A transplant from Switzerland, Nurit is fluent in Swiss/German and can muddle her way through French as well. She completed her BA in Psychology at UC Santa Cruz and is currently pursuing a certificate in Human Resources Management. Nurit is a people-person with a passion for employee engagement, wellness and development. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading (and occasionally writing), listening to international music, baking, and drinking ridiculous amounts of herbal tea. She also enjoys traipsing around in the mountains, taking nature photos and hugging trees.
