The team's board chair, for example, comes from a background in mathematics education, while the senior vice president previously worked at a large investment firm. Other members of the team have backgrounds in chemical engineering, online marketing, and product development. This wide range of experience allows the team to approach problem solving from many different angles and come up with creative solutions.
