Shelby Keckhut (She/Her) has over 12 years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they began working as a Technical Support Manager for Art Storefronts, where they are responsible for coaching and developing Technical Support members, monitoring and maintaining business KPIs, and implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. From 2017-2021, they worked at The Guild in two roles: Guest Experience Manager and Reservations Lead. In their roles, they oversaw outbound sales performance, quality assurance, and service level agreement standards, provided support for the Director of Guest Experience, maintained ownership of weekly reports, managed, recruited, coached, and trained a team of 15-20 Guest Experience Agents, and was responsible for weekly scheduling and monthly payroll. From 2016-2017, they worked as a Guest Services Specialist at Hilton. Lastly, from 2009-2016, they worked as a Youth Development Specialist at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.

Shelby Keckhut began their education journey at Scottsdale Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science in General Studies between 2011 and 2014. Shelby then moved on to Arizona State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services in 2016. In 2015, they also studied Human Development and Family Studies, General at the University of Leeds.
