David Wilkinson

David Wilkinson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. David is currently employed as the Head of Compliance at Arta Finance, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Greenoaks Capital as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer from October 2021 to March 2023 and as a Senior Compliance & Operations Manager from October 2020 to September 2021. David also worked at ValueAct Capital as an Associate, Compliance & Legal from April 2017 to October 2020. Before that, they held positions at Bivium Capital Partners, LLC, including Assistant Vice President, Compliance & Operations from January 2016 to April 2017 and Associate, Compliance & Operations from September 2014 to December 2015.

Additionally, David has experience as an entrepreneur, having founded and served as the Executive Director of Project Vega from January 2011 to September 2014. David also has a background in coaching, having worked as the Head Coach of the East Bay United Soccer Club from April 2006 to April 2010 and as the Assistant Coach from April 2000 to April 2006. David further contributed to the soccer community as the Goalkeeper Director & Office Manager at Sutton Soccer from April 2006 to January 2008.

David's earlier experience includes roles as the Compliance Manager and Legal & Compliance Specialist at Hall Capital Partners LLC from February 2008 to March 2011, as well as serving as the Head Coach of the Women's Varsity Soccer team at Alameda High School from August 2004 to March 2007. David also worked as a Goalkeeper Coach at San Francisco State University from August 2005 to January 2007.

David Wilkinson attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1999 to 2001, where they studied History. David then transferred to Saint Mary's College of California, where they completed their B.A. degree in History from 2001 to 2004. After their undergraduate studies, David obtained additional certifications. In December 2015, they became an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) from NRS - National Regulatory Services. In August 2014, they obtained a Premier Diploma from United Soccer Coaches.
