Han-Tien Chang

Han-Tien Chang has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Han-Tien started their career as an Assistant Engineer at MediaTek in 2007 and worked in this role until 2008. Han-Tien then rejoined MediaTek in 2010 as a Software Engineer and stayed until 2013.

In 2014, Han-Tien joined LinkedIn as a Software Engineer in the Growth team. Here, they were responsible for designing and building the first funnel tracking system for LinkedIn's growth invitation ecosystem. Han-Tien worked on various products, including People You May Know and Address Book Import. Han-Tien stayed with LinkedIn for over seven years and held different roles during their tenure. Han-Tien became a Senior Software Engineer in 2016 and contributed to building the foundation of the LinkedIn Events product. Later, they became a Staff Software Engineer, leading various projects in the Growth team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the ecosystem for PYMK recommendations.

Most recently, in 2021, Han-Tien joined Arta Finance as a Software Engineer.

Han-Tien Chang completed their Master's degree in Information Management from National Taiwan University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Management from the same university from 2004 to 2008. Han-Tien Chang also attended Taipei Municipal Jianguo High School from 2001 to 2004, but no degree or field of study information was provided. In addition to their formal education, Han-Tien Chang obtained certifications in machine learning and AI foundations: recommendations from LinkedIn in March 2018, and machine learning and AI foundations: value estimations from LinkedIn in January 2018.
