Bryan Sutcliffe

Bryan Sutcliffe has over 17 years of work experience in client success and account management roles. Bryan currently serves as the Director of Client Success at ARTA, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Bryan worked at Flexe from 2020 to 2023, where they were initially the Group Director - Account Management and later the Director of Strategic Accounts. At Flexe, they led a team of account managers and achieved significant revenue growth by focusing on account management and business development fundamentals.

Before Flexe, Bryan worked at ReachLocal from 2017 to 2020, where they held the position of Director of Client Success, Strategic Accounts. In this role, they led the delivery of high-value contracted services and built a multi-functional service organization for the company's largest accounts.

From 2004 to 2017, Bryan worked at PFSweb, Inc., where they held several senior roles, including Area Vice President, Client Services and Director, Client Services/Manager, Client Services. In these positions, they managed relationships with clients, developed and implemented programs, and achieved client satisfaction and profitability.

Bryan's early career experience includes working as an Account Manager at Rackspace Hosting. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong track record of success in client success and account management, consistently driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Bryan Sutcliffe graduated from Texas A&M University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Prior to that, they attended Plano Senior High School from 1995 to 1997.
