Ratih Febriana

RATIH FEBRIANA has extensive experience in the banking and electronic payment industry, currently serving as the Vice President Corporate Secretary and Commercial Banking Head at Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis since February 2008. In these roles, RATIH manages relationships with 46 banks, providing solutions to align with their visions and missions, and oversees various strategic initiatives including business development for managed banking services, product management across electronic channels, and internal audits that contributed to ISO 27001 certification. Prior to joining Artajasa, RATIH worked as a Senior Account Executive at Sistelindo Mitralintas, where responsibilities included customer acquisition, product analysis, and marketing strategy development. RATIH holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from STT Telkom Bandung, completed in 2007.
