Rémy Fransen

Rémy Fransen is a skilled software and research engineer with a focus on high-performance computing and remote sensing applications. Currently employed at ARTAL TECHNOLOGIES since November 2021, Rémy previously contributed as a Research Engineer at METEO FRANCE, specializing in Earth surface observation through remote sensing. With prior experience at CERFACS involving the design of processing tools for HPC computations and a background in R&D at Alg&You, Rémy has developed various modeling tools and an IoT platform for micro-algae cultivation. Academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. and postdoctoral fellowship at CERFACS, addressing turbine blade cooling systems. Additional foundational experiences as an intern and engineer further establish Rémy's expertise in fluid dynamics and aeronautics. Rémy holds an engineer's degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique.
