Tim Richards

Tim Richards is an experienced Cost Manager at ARTC since October 2021, with a robust background in financial leadership at Aurizon from January 2009 to March 2020. At Aurizon, Tim held several key positions, including Cost Control and Reporting Leader, where responsibilities included managing the annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes for a capital plan exceeding $250 million. Tim also coordinated the submission of annual capital expenditure claims to the Queensland Competition Authority. Tim's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Accountancy from the Queensland University of Technology and a Certificate IV in Project Management obtained in 2011.
