Hieu Pham

Hieu Pham serves as the Managing Partner at ArtCap Strategies, an investment group based in the Cayman Islands, specializing in direct lending across Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to this role, Hieu Pham was the Managing Director and former head of private credit structuring for Credit Suisse's Latin America and Caribbean financing business, as well as serving as VP and Counsel focusing on derivatives and financing in emerging markets. Earlier experience includes work as an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where the focus was on corporate finance and securities law in Latin America, and at Clifford Chance LLP, concentrating on cross-border transactions. Hieu Pham holds a JD and MA in Law with a focus on International Affairs from The George Washington University Law School and a dual degree in Economics and Business Administration from Boston University.
