Jose E. Martinez

Jose E. Martinez has over 27 years of experience in operations management and production within both military and civilian sectors. At artcobell since April 2014, Jose has held various leadership roles, including Value Stream Manager, Environment, Health and Safety Manager, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor. Prior to this, from August 1996 to November 2013, Jose served in the US Army as an Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing large teams for logistics planning and leading training efforts for worldwide contingency operations. Jose E. Martinez holds a degree from Texas A&M University, earned from 1991 to 1996.
