Chris de Gruben

Chris de Gruben, FRICS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the property and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Property & Retail at Artefact, Chris has also co-founded and holds the position of Managing Partner at M.A.D. Urban. Previous roles include CEO of Mongolian Resort and Director of Business Development and Sales & Marketing at Asia Pacific Investment Partners, where expertise in property management was honed. Chris de Gruben holds a Global Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford.
