Rafael Melo

Rafael Melo serves as Partner for Brazil and LATAM, as well as Consulting Director and Data Consulting Manager at Artefact since December 2018. In this role, Rafael manages a team of data consultants, scientists, and engineers, focusing on delivering data-driven solutions for major global companies in sectors such as CPG, High Tech, Healthcare, and Services. Rafael also contributes to business development and acts as a Data Product Owner bridging business and technical teams. Prior experience includes positions at Rodobens, where Rafael coordinated planning and managed innovation projects for digital channels, and a role as a project specialist in BI and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Analytics and Big Data from FGV and a degree in Electrical Engineering from USP. Rafael has also interned at DMC Equipamentos and Penn State University, specializing in programming and digital medical image processing.
