Holger Kuehnle

Holger Kuehnle has held various roles in the tech and design industry since 2001. Holger began their career as an Internship at ComputerPoint EDV Vertriebs- & Dienstleistungs GmbH in 2001, followed by a Software Engineering Intern at VisionConnenct GmbH in 2003. In 2005, they took on the role of Teaching Assistant at the University of Bremen. In 2006, they moved to Volkswagen AG as a Project Management, Internet Marketing. Holger then joined Microsoft in 2008 as a UX Designer, and was promoted to Senior Design Lead, Senior Design Manager, and Principal Design Manager. In 2021, they began working as a Lecturer at the University of Washington, and currently holds the role of Executive Creative Director and Senior Design Director at Artefact.

Holger Kuehnle obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Digital Media from the University of Bremen between 2003 and 2006. Holger then attended the University at Buffalo in 2005 to study Media Studies. In 2007, they completed a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
