Rachael Cicero

Rachael Cicero has worked for four companies in the past seven years. In 2021, they began their current role as an Associate Design Director and Senior Designer at Artefact. Prior to this, they were a Civic Designer at the City of Seattle from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Design Program Manager at Artefact. Before that, they were a Project Manager - User Services and an Associate Project Manager - User Services at Twitter from 2014 to 2017.

Rachael Cicero attended the University of Washington from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master's degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering. Rachael is currently attending Communication Leadership at the University of Washington, taking a Master Class/Workshop in Accessibility and Inclusive Design. Prior to that, they attended San Francisco State University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc).
