Paweł Haltof serves as the Innovation Director and Board Member at Efigence, leading innovation efforts and digital design in the financial services sector since January 2012. Recognized for expertise in user experience design, Paweł has played a pivotal role in establishing Efigence as a top provider in the FinTech market. Concurrently, Paweł is the UI/UX Strategy & Research Director at Artegence, overseeing the YUUX team and user testing laboratories. Previously, Paweł held various leadership roles in research and design, and lectured on User Experience Design at Uniwersytet SWPS. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Mechatronics from Warsaw University of Technology, additional studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, as well as a Master's in Social Psychology of IT & Communications from Uniwersytet SWPS.
