Karen Randolph

Karen Randolph holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Artel LLC since February 2020, Karen has previously held significant roles such as Employee Relations Lead at MITRE and Human Resources Business Partner at Sprint and CGI Federal.
